Terms & Conditions


Please read carefully, When you place an order that is you agreeing and understanding the terms and conditions.

  •  No refunds or exchange accepted.

  • Provide full details before personalisation.

  • If you miss your parcel and it’s returned back to sender after 18 calendar days of being at your local Royal Mail office, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for it to be reposted.

  • Tanya’s Treasures is not responsible for any damage once posted.

  • Payment is required when ordering.

  • Item will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks.

  • All items are sent via Royal Mail second class signed, which can take up to two weeks to receive or longer during festive periods or via Hermes UK.

  • If buyer accidentally provides wrong details for item, it will be their responsibility and may incur a charge to change the personalisation.

  • If buyer wants an exchange under special circumstances then buyer pays for postage to return original item. Product has to be returned if buyer wants to exchange. Exchange within 7 days of receiving product.

  • If product sent back has been damaged due to buyer’s lack of care, exchange will be revoked.

  • If product is lost or damaged during posting for exchange. Buyer pays for any loss incurred.

  • If buyer changes their mind after personalisation has already been done on product, buyer pays for any changes made.

  • Buyer must ensure they collect item from Royal Mail sorting office within 18 calendar days if they have missed their parcel, If buyer does not receive parcel within 7 working days of it being posted. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the seller to enquire about their parcel.

  • If parcel is sent back from Royal Mail due to no collection within 18 calendar days, Buyer is responsible for paying a further P&P fee for parcel to be sent back again.

  •  Parcels sent via Hermes, the courier will attempt to deliver the parcel three times before returning it back to the sender. Please ensure you are available to collect the parcel. If the parcel will need to be re-sent, buyer will need to pay for the re-delivery fee.
